  Maintenance and repairs...
Our tenancy agreements clearly state the individual responsibilities of both owner and tenant. Daytoday replacement of items such as light bulbs or tap washers and responsibility for gas, power and telephone charges are thus clearly defined and well understood by both parties. Repairs and maintenance can be handled using qualified independent contractors at specially negotiated rates, no worry to the landlord.
